Common questions about our AV hire, event production, and crew services.
We supply a comprehensive range of professional audio visual equipment including PA systems, line-array speaker rigs, wireless microphones, in-ear monitor systems, LED screens, projectors and projection screens, IMAG cameras and vision mixing, intelligent and wash lighting, follow spots, haze machines, and live-streaming encoders. We can scale the setup to suit any event from an intimate 50-person seminar to a 1,000-person conference or gala.
Yes, supplying skilled crew is central to what we offer. We provide trained sound engineers, lighting operators, camera operators, vision mixers, and AV technicians who manage the full process: load-in, rigging, sound check, operation throughout your event, and de-rig at the end. You are not just hiring equipment; you are hiring the experienced people to operate it professionally.
We regularly work on corporate conferences, AGMs, product launches, award ceremonies, charity galas, hybrid and virtual events, church and worship productions, community events, and permanent or semi-permanent AV installations. If your event needs sound, lighting, screens, or cameras, we can help.
We are based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and regularly work across the South Coast, London, and the wider UK. We are happy to travel nationwide for any event. Simply let us know your location when you enquire and we will confirm availability.
We deliver, install, and collect all equipment as standard. We do not operate a collect-only model, our crew will arrive at your venue, handle all rigging and cabling, carry out a full sound check, operate the system during your event, and remove everything cleanly at the end.
Yes. We have extensive experience delivering hybrid events that serve both in-room and online audiences simultaneously. We supply camera systems, vision mixing, graphics overlays, and live-streaming encoders to broadcast to YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any custom RTMP destination.
All of our electrical equipment is tested to professional standards and maintained to professional standards. We carry full public liability insurance and equipment insurance. Documentation is available on request for venue compliance.
The earlier the better. Even if you don't have dates or venues confirmed yet, we are happy to have an initial conversation as soon as you have the idea. For larger events we recommend getting in touch as early as you can, but we can often work with shorter lead times too. It is always worth asking.
We build quotes around the solution your event needs rather than a line-by-line equipment list. That gives us flexibility to find the best approach for you. There are no hidden fees and we will always talk you through the quote clearly before you commit.
Yes, team training is one of our core services. We offer practical, hands-on training in sound operation, lighting control, and video/presentation systems. Sessions can be tailored to your existing equipment or to new kit we have supplied and installed. Training is popular with churches, community venues, and corporate teams onboarding new AV systems.
