Our Services

AV Installations

Permanent and semi-permanent audio visual systems designed, supplied, and installed for churches, corporate spaces, and event venues across the UK.

Installations

AV systems that work every time, not just on event day

A permanent AV installation is an investment in the long-term capability of your space. Get it right and it quietly enables every event, service, and meeting you run. Get it wrong and it becomes a constant source of frustration and expense.

We approach every installation differently, because every space and every organisation is different. We don't arrive with a pre-packaged solution — we start by understanding how you use the space, who'll be operating the system, and what you need it to be able to do. The design comes from that conversation, not from a product catalogue.

We design and install systems with the end user in mind, whether that's a volunteer running a Sunday service, a receptionist managing a video call, or a full technical team operating a major venue. The system has to work for the people using it, day in and day out.

Our approach to installations

Every installation is different, but the principle is the same. We design around how you actually use the space, install to a professional standard with clean cable management and clear labelling, and make sure you're comfortable with what's been put in before we leave.

Whether the brief calls for something subtle and understated or a system that makes a real statement, we approach it the same way, with care, with the right equipment for the job, and with your team's needs at the centre of every decision.

To say we are pleased with the sound and lighting would be an understatement! The team were professional, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be using Inverse AV again.

Eastwood Evangelical Church

Full AV refit following flood damage

The brief

Eastwood Evangelical Church needed a complete AV refit following significant flood damage to their existing system. Rather than simply replacing like-for-like, we took the opportunity to design a modern, reliable system that would serve them far better than what they had before, with a focus on ease of use for their volunteer team and excellent audio clarity for both speech and music.

What we delivered

  • New Martin CDD series speakers for improved clarity and coverage
  • Shure SLX-D Series wireless headset system with Point Source headset
  • New Epson projector with audio de-embedders for simple HDMI connection
  • Graphic EQ on headset and lectern mic to eliminate feedback issues
  • DSP amplifier for precise room tuning and acoustic correction
  • Full system cabling and rack build

A system built for volunteers

A key priority for this installation was making the system genuinely easy for non-technical volunteers to operate week in, week out. The audio de-embedders on the HDMI inputs mean that connecting a laptop for a presentation is as simple as plugging in a single cable. The graphic EQ keeps feedback under control even with less experienced operators at the desk. The DSP amplifier means the system is pre-tuned to the room, so it sounds right every time, without anyone needing to touch the settings.

Our process

From initial brief to confident handover

The way we work through an installation varies from project to project, but some things stay constant. We always start with a proper site visit before recommending anything. We produce a clear, detailed quote so there are no surprises. We install to a professional standard, and we make sure you know how to use what we've put in before we leave.

If you're not sure where to start, the best first step is a conversation. We're happy to visit your space and give you a clear picture of what's involved, with no obligation.

Start the Conversation

Site visit before we recommend anything

We won't quote blind. We need to see the space and talk to the people who'll be using the system. That conversation shapes everything.

Clear, honest quotes

You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs. We focus on the right solution for your space, not a line-by-line kit list.

Professional installation as standard

Clean cable management, proper labelling, tidy racks. We take pride in how our installations look and how easy they are to maintain.

Handover and support

We make sure you know how to use what we've installed, and we're happy to answer questions after we've gone.
